  System Introduction:
The system mainly consists of a dilution sampling probe and optical analysis instruments for SO2 and NOX. The dilution sampling probe is installed next to the flue. The dilution sampling probe consists of two parts: a sonic critical orifice and a jet pump. When dry zero gas enters the jet pump as compressed air, a huge vacuum is generated at the throat of the Venturi tube. Under the action of this vacuum, the flue gas is sucked into the sampling probe through the sonic critical orifice and mixed with zero gas in a constant proportion to form a sample gas. The sample gas is detected by a UV fluorescence sulfur dioxide analyzer and a chemiluminescence nitrogen oxide analyzer. The detection result is multiplied by the dilution factor to obtain the concentration of gaseous pollutants. The minimum detection line of sulfur dioxide analyzer and nitrogen oxide analyzer can reach 0.5ppb, which can accurately monitor ultra-low concentration flue gas emissions and calculate the converted concentration based on the excess air coefficient. Oxygen is directly measured using electrochemistry or zirconia.

The sample gas sampling probe is rapidly diluted, and the dew point of the mixed sample gas is generally lower than the ambient temperature to prevent condensation of the sample gas. The sampling pipeline can be heated at room temperature without heating or only requires low-temperature heating.
The system adopts environmental air quality monitoring technology, with a minimum detection limit of 0.5ppb, completely solving the technical problem of ultra-low emission monitoring of gaseous pollutants in flue gas.
The system adopts dynamic automatic calibration of the entire pipeline starting from the gas sampling probe, ensuring measurement accuracy.
The integrated design of the gas sampling probe is fully compatible with the existing direct sampling structure, making it easy to maintain.
The dilution ratio is usually chosen between 50:1 and 250:1.
